Biobank

Framed in the Biobank of the Hospital Clínic-IDIBAPS and the Biobank of the Sant Joan de Déu Children’s Hospital for Research, it gathers biological samples from a wide range of perinatal pathologies to support different maternal-fetal research studies, both internally and externally. Animal model

This team manages the experimental projects with animals of the group and coordinates the UB animal facility platform. Contact us to learn more about experimental models and available techniques.

Patient follow-up

This team guarantees the best neonatal follow-up of the patients participating in the different research projects of the group. It performs various neurodevelopmental tests such as Brazelton, Bayley III and WISC-V. Contact us to know more about the tests available.

AI & Medical Imaging

Going into the new technological era, this team’s objective is to improve the diagnosis and care of patients by creating a large database of ultrasound images that allows the investigation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques. Contact us to learn more about our image processing services.
