Ángela Arranz is the coordinator of BCNatal-FMRC's Patient Tracking platform (research), as well as BCNatal Scientific Coordinator and Head of Nursing (clinical center).
Having graduated (1991) in Nursing from the Rovira i Virgili University and obtained a PhD (2017) in Nursing Sciences from the University of Barcelona, she is recognized as a specialist in pediatric nursing and holds two Master's degrees from the University of Barcelona in Leadership and Management of Nursing Services and in Hospital Management and Health Services. She is an associate professor and coordinator of the subject of pediatrics within the degree of nursing at the University of Barcelona. She has published more than 20 articles in scientific journals in the area of maternal and fetal medicine, is a researcher accredited by IDIBAPS and a member attached to the Center for Networked Biomedical Research in Rare Diseases (CIBERER).
